Hot Slings™ General Policy
These are HotSlings.comâ€™s (â€śHot Slingsâ€ť, â€śweâ€ť or â€śourâ€ť) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the HotSlings.com website.
- All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of product.
- Upon receipt of returned product HotSlings.com will refund the purchase amount (on the credit card used for the purchase) minus any shipping and handling fees, insurance fees, or embroidery fees.
- Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from HotSlings.com
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
- Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
- If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
- We DO NOT replace with a different print than what was originally ordered.
