These are really nifty and helpful. The fabric is soft. Its quick to get on and off and get baby in and out of. I was looking for something quicker than a traditional carrier for my walking 15 month old because she wants to do a lot of getting up and down. She loves this and its so cuddly if shes upset. Shes very soothed by it more than being held. Good quality, washes well, no complaints

There's one acceptable position that the baby is supposed to be in, but gravity seems to always pull him to all the unacceptable positions shown on the warning label. Will be returning this item.

Each Pouch Sling is just one size, whereas each adjustable sling covers a range of four sizes. The adjustable sling also has extra padding for both the carrier and baby.

Below is a link that explains sizing with helpful pictures. You will want to measure from the top of your shoulder to the bottom of your hip. Determine this number in inches, and compare it to the chart on the link to see what size would fit best.
