Sizing is very incorrect. According to this site it says I should be a regular and it was way too small

The material is not at all what I expected. It also is just very uncomfortable for my baby. I am very disappointed. I was really looking forward to loving this but it just isnt designed well enough to use.

If I could give it zero stars I would! The product AND the customer service. Before making the purchase I did measurements. To be safe I sized up to a large. It was huge and could not safely carry my baby in it. I also had it adjusted to the smallest I could get it. I had paid for the size exchange protection so I asked to exchange for the small (2 sizes- large or small- no medium). I get the small and can barely get it over my shoulder let alone get my baby in it. I contact customer service about the sizing issue. They offer zero resolution and said I already used my size exchange. If I sent it back, I would have to pay to ship it as well as a new product! Really?! I will NEVER purchase from this company again nor recommend them to anyone. Save your money and buy from a company that values their customers and backs their products! Complete waste of money I couldve used on other items for my baby.

My baby didnt seem to like staying in there too long. 10 min tops. lints get on it but otherwise, its comfortable and easy to wear for me.

Each Pouch Sling is just one size, whereas each adjustable sling covers a range of four sizes. The adjustable sling also has extra padding for both the carrier and baby.
Below is a link that explains sizing with helpful pictures. You will want to measure from the top of your shoulder to the bottom of your hip. Determine this number in inches, and compare it to the chart on the link to see what size would fit best.
