Policies
Shipping
All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Orders shipping to the United States ship DHL ground or expedited. You will be given the
choice at checkout. The amount charged will depend on the weight of
your package and you will be able to view that amount before you
check out. All shipping charges are real time rates and may vary a few cents at time of fulfillment.
Payment and Pre-Authorization Charges All checks (C.O.D. & terms) that do not clear the bank will be charged an additional $50 NSF fee.
Hotslings, Inc. will not accept pre-paid credit cards/gift cards. Your credit card may have been pre-authorized in the ordering process. You may see a pending charge on your online banking. This is not an actual charge unless goods were actually shipped. This is merely an authorization and will disappear from your online banking in 3 - 4 business days.
International customers
Please attempt to buy from one of our international retailers. This
will aid in reducing customs/duty charges and supports your local
economy. If you cannot find someone in your area, Hotslings, Inc. will
ship UPS or DHL ONLY. You may have to pay taxes, duties, and brokerage fees on these imports. Hotslings is not responsible for these taxes, duties and/or fees. Hotslings is also not responsible for lost international packages. If you refuse an international package and we receive it back from the courier, you will be billed for any return shipping charges incurred.
Tracking Numbers (USA only)
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a UPS or DHL tracking number. Hotslings has no control over the package once it has left our warehouse. These tracking numbers let us know when your package was delivered. If the UPS or DHL system indicates that a delivery was made and your package is missing, please notify Hotslings within 7 days of the delivery date so we can file a claim on your behalf.
Exchanges
Since sizing is so important, we have a very easy exchange system.
Your sling comes packaged with an exchange form with instructions.
Exchanges must be in NEW condition with all original packaging. The
exchange must be received by Hotslings within 30 days of the original
ship date (or within two weeks of your delivery date if you are
pregnant). Please contact customerservice@hotslings.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and simply mail in the sling with the form on the back of your packing list filled out and we will send you a new size/fabric as soon as we receive your exchange.
RA numbers are void after 45 days.
Returns
Please consider an exchange for sizing concerns before you give up
and return the sling altogether. Most people are extremely happy with
one size up or down if they are not happy with their original size. No returns will be accepted on sale items; exchanges only.
Returned slings must be in NEW condition with all original packaging.
Returns must be received by Hotslings within 60 days of the original
ship date. A $5 restocking fee will be charged upon the return of
each item. Original shipping will not be refunded. Please contact customerservice@hotslings.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and then mail in the sling with the form on the back of your packing list filled out. Your return will be processed as quickly as possible. RA numbers are void after 45 days.
Privacy
Hotslings is committed to protecting your online privacy and does not
sell or give away personal information. Personal information
includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and payment
information. We gather this information with the sole purpose of
processing and/or contacting you about your order. Your trust is
important to us and will be respected during every transaction with
Hotslings.
